Having traversed corporate leadership roles, boardrooms around the world, my journey shapes B&D’s unique approach to bridging strategy and implementation.

Born in Champagne, with sparkling energy, I have cultivated through my all life a spirit of exploration and resilience.
Since 2002, I have lived in eight countries across Europe, Asia, India, and the Middle East. Along the way, I’ve worked with over 60 countries, in all continents, spanning executive leadership, international marketing, board, and mentorship roles.
I have decided to set up B&D consulting to share my experience and expertise to ensure that strategies result in efficient implementation.

In 2018, I founded ‘B&D Consulting’, a boutique firm. Since then, I have served as a sparring-partner to C-level executives, private equity firms, top-tiers consulting firms, and multinational corporations, guiding them in shaping-implementing successful strategies.
My ‘reinvention’ has allowed me to prioritize family time with my three daughters and indulge in my passion for sports.
